1. We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
2. Cancellations must be made 2 hours prior to appointment.
3. No-shows will have 1 day or 1 session deducted. (Whichever applies).
4. No extentions allowed on any tanning packages.
5. Appointments are preferred.
6. Packages are not transferable to anyone else.
7. Prices are subject to change without notice.
8. Prices do not include state tax.
9. We accept Visa & Mastercard.
10. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
11. No refunds on packages & locations. All sales are final.
12. We are closed on major holidays. (Packages will be extended for the amount of days we are closed). |
